Payment & Cancelation Policy
Registration and reservation
The first step in attending the training is to complete the registration form. You can find the registration form HERE. (link when done).
Upon receipt of your registration form, in the course of the next two business days we will send you a confirmation email with the instructions for the next steps.
All information you share with us will be protected and will only be used for logistical preparation of this training.
The second step is to pay a non-refundable deposit of EUR 150 per person in next 14 business days (Monday to Friday) after receiving and confirming your registration.
The deposit includes a portion of the training fee.
If you are able to pay the full tuition immediately, go to step 3.
Deposit payment is a confirmation to us that you are interested in attending the training and secures a place during the training.
Payment can only be made through a bank account.
The number of training places is limited given the planned content and the number of beds available.
We can store your reservation for 14 business days from the day we receive your registration.
Please deposit within 14 business days of registration. After that period of time, the place you booked may be offered to another potential entrant.
The third step is final payment of the registration fee. You can pay the final registration fee one month before the start of training - until 21.05.2020.
We will send a pro forma invoice or invoice for the amount of the registration fee (total amount or difference from the paid deposit) to your e-mail address.
Cancelation Policy
In situations where your plans change and you are unable to attend training, we offer the following cancelation options:
The deposit you pay for this training is not able to be refunded in case of cancellation, as it covers the insurance of the hotel and the organizer to cover the cost of keeping the place in the hotel (accommodation) and the place during the training;
Until May 29, 2020 we will refund to your bank account the amount of the registration fee paid, reduced for the amount of the deposit;
After June 12, 2020 - no possibility for the refund. We will keep the total amount paid to our bank account to cover the agreed and incurred training costs; or
Until June 12, 2020 we leave you the opportunity to propose another person / participant who can participate for you in order to use the funds paid.

Visa
Holders of UNMIK passports require visa to enter, exit or pass through the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Nationals of the following states may enter into Bosnia and Herzegovina with a passport or a valid identity card proving identity and citizenship of:
- Member State of the European Union
- State signatory to the Schengen Agreement
- Andorra, Montenegro, Liechtenstein, Monaco, San Marino, Serbia, the Holy See and Swiss Confederation

The organizer will assist you in the visa application process. The organizer does not bear the cost of issuing a visa.
